Melissa Korte
Welcome! I'm Melissa Korte, and I'm excited to be your student's Transitional Kindergarten teacher. I have taught TK-5th grades, as well as Special Education both here in El Cajon, and in Texas. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism and a Master's Degree in Education. My husband and I have two kids, Asher (15) and Lana (8), as well as two dogs and two cats. I teach yoga and fitness at the YMCA for fun. I enjoy reading, surfing, playing at the beach, completing puzzles, and traveling.
