Welcome! I am honored to be your 4th grade teacher. This is my 21st year of teaching, 11 of them here at Lexington! I am excited about the curriculum that is presented in 4th grade and I am excited about all the growth that I know will be made- mentally, physically, and emotionally- this year! We have so much to look forward to throughout the year. I am excited to work together as a team of students, teachers, and parents. We all have the great potential to both learn and teach, and grow together!

A little about myself: I am the 4th of 9 children and grew up right here in San Diego. I am the proud mom of 4 grown children, a boy and three beautiful girls. I love to spend time with my family (including my grandchildren) and friends. Some of my favorite activities include going to the beach, sea glass hunting, camping and hiking in the mountains, reading books that I share with my Book Club friends, writing, drawing, doing projects, and playing with my sweet dog Ella. I also enjoy going to playing games, going to the theater, and listening to music.
